DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY:

Due to hygienic and public health reasons we urge all customers to ensure that upon delivery all parcels are opened and checked by the customer for missing items, damaged stock and unwanted items.

  1. If any product be missing, damaged or unwanted, you can log a return within 24 hours online, subject to the below terms. Please allow 72 hours for to solve all online queries.
  2. Once you have logged your query online, we will notify you once your return is authorised whereafter the courier company will collect the product from you at no charge. The courier will notify you via SMS on the day of collection.
  3. When we receive the returned product, it will be inspected and validated prior to issuing a refund coupon to you. You will receive this coupon code via email with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the validated return (no items will be refunded for cash). This Policy applies to products bought from YOOPER ONLINE only.

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit (please ensure a sealed box is prepared);
  • clearly mark your order number on the outside of the parcel;

The courier company will collect the parcel from the same address it originally was delivered to. Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request.

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided that:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
  • it is unopened and in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • it is not a beauty-, cosmetic-, haircare product or fragrance which has been opened and used;
  • it is not an intimate- or personal care product which for hygienic and public health reasons may not be returned; or
  • you log a return on the Website within 24 hoursof delivery to you of the unwanted product.

Our customers are asked to open their parcel and check for missing items upon delivery. If another person accepted your incomplete parcel on your behalf, please log a query within 24 hours of delivery. Please allow 72 hours for us to investigate if your parcel was short picked.

Once we have investigated and resolved your query, we will deliver the missing product to you as soon as possible.

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver are packaged securely and we’re sorry if that’s not been the case with the item you received. All customers are required to open their parcel on delivery to check for damaged items before proof of delivery is signed. Please report any damaged stock within 24 hours after delivery.

Once the collection of your product has been authorised, our third-party courier company will collect the parcel from your provided address – please ensure that the damaged item is packaged neatly and put into a sealed box. We will arrange to collect the parcel from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, a coupon code will be issued to you via email with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return. No items will be refunded for cash.
