If you change the status of your Yooper App to "unavailable," "meeting," or "out of office," you won’t receive calls on your Yooper number but will still be able to receive calls on your cellphone number. Keep in mind, your Yooper number runs independently from your cellphone number, even though it's on the same device.

Since there are no long-term contracts with Yooper and we operate on a month-to-month basis, it's very easy to cancel your subscription.

2. On the Home screen, select the "Account" option.

Yes, the Yooper App does use data. However, it was built to be lean and fast, using very little data.
Yes, in South Africa (RSA), it is generally legal to record a call as long as one of the parties in the conversation consents to the recording. This is known as one-party consent, meaning if you are part of the call, you can legally record it without informing the other party.
For business or legal purposes, it’s always best to inform the other party before recording.
Unused airtime will be carried over to the next month.
If you are a Yooper subscriber, you can call other Yooper subscribers for free. However, if you make calls to numbers that don’t have the Yooper App, the following rates will apply:
• BASIC PACKAGE: R0.40 per minute (excl. VAT)
• ADVANCED PACKAGE: R0.40 per minute (excl. VAT)
• PREMIUM PACKAGE: R0.35 per minute (excl. VAT)
Subscription fees will depend on the package selected or agreed upon fees
Payments:
Payments are on a monthly subscription fee basis
Subscriptions fees and airtime are due in advanced
Subscription and airtime payments are non-refundable
Airtime purchases but not used during the current subscription period will rollover to the next month
Support outside of business hours will be billed at R600 per hour
Custom development are available and will be invoiced at R900 per hour
